Memorial Day Weekend

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend, BBQing and spending time with family and remembering the family that is no longer with us. We hope everyone had an enjoyable time doing the same!

Last day of Pre K

 Teacher gifts! ( I couldn't have picked a better teacher/bus driver/bus aide) 

Brody is officially done with his first year of pre K. It makes me so sad to think he will be 4 this summer, and moving on to his next year of school! It just keeps going faster and faster! Before he got on the bus we had a little photo shoot outside just to capture how dang cute he is! 

A few things brods learned this year:

How to spell and write his name

recognize his name

follow directions, and transition from activity to activity

to communicate

say complete sentences

share

the ABC's

how to count to 20

lots of songs/nursery rymes

the weather, the land, the sun, nature

and so much more! 

Going to Three Peaks Pre School has been so amazing for us! We love Miss Carol and the teacher aides, the whole experience has been amazing. Brody's speech has improved a tremendous amount! He is doing so good and is confident to talk now :). 

We cant wait to go back, but we will do our best to enjoy our summer! ;);)

Mothers Day Weekend

This was by far my favorite Mother's Day that I have had! Tyler was so sweet and made me the cutest wedding ring holder while I was in Las Vegas having a girls weekend! Megan and I had decided that Mother's Day weekend was the perfect time for our getaway! So off we went for a one night stay, with no babies or men! We went shopping all day, went to an amazing dinner and a movie, and then went to the pool the next morning to lay out all day long. It was just what I needed!

 We had the best time! We decided it will be a new tradition! 

^^Brody brought this home from school for me. He planted the seed and they had been watching them grow. He handed it to me when he got off the bus and said "flower in a cup for mom!" it melted my heart!^^

Easter Vacation part 3: Savannah, GA

Sunday was a long day! We drove 4 hours from Tybee to Atlanta, had 30 minutes to repack and get situated, then headed to the airport on another 45 minute drive, then flew to Las Vegas which was a 4 and half hour flight. Arrived in Vegas and then drove 2 and a half hours home to Cedar!
